In December 2021, I ordered over $1800 of floor tile from Super Arbor. They said it would take between 3 and 10 weeks to be delivered. After 10 months of waiting, and at the suggestion of Super Arbor Customer Service, I canceled my order in October 2022. They said the refund would take 3-5 days.
