I thought of a steam-thrower that uses boiling hot steam to scald victims. It has no afterburn, but it wets enemies and its airblast also uses steam, so it deals a small bit of damage itself. It can also wash Jarate and Mad Milk off teammates as well as clear away afterburn with both primary and secondary fire.

A loadout I saw Terry using once. Primary: Stock or Degreaser; Secondary: Shotgun or Reserve Shooter; Melee: Anything; This loadout functions like a puff 'n sting loadout in standard gameplay. Just remember that you don't have your trusty flaregun to make an escape. Personally, i'd use Stock for the higher afterburn, but Terry used the Degreaser.
