Moto g stylus keyboard not popping up.

My phone (stylus 5g2021) for the last week has been having random websites popping up every so often, and unable to use Google search. It'll kick me out of whatever app in on to these sites. I can't find anything about these weird pop ups and I did a factory reset and that helped for 2 days.Sounds like a rogue app that keeps pushing a notification.
