Actually, when rivens come to play Soma P is not even a good weapon. If you compare stats without rivens it's decent but rivens make other weapons so much more powerful that Soma P becomes crap in comparison. IMO, desirable rivens ( soma, boar, etc) will always have a higher asking price than lets say kulstar or kunai. then again, stats like crit chance, crit multi, elementals ( especially elec or toxin), status, etc are very desirable on any riven.
