The cause of the problem is the microphone was dislocated from its attachment and it was touching the speaker causes high pitch or whistle. The speaker in this headphone looks like a thin piece of diaphragm. It’s very fragile. Be very careful not to poke it with sharp object.

You don't get a wide stereo field like the XM4 on the QC 35 II, but the QC35II sounded so good out of the box. The Bose Soundbar 550 does not support ADAPTiQ audio calibration. The Bose Music App should still allow you to adjust settings for things like bass and height channels, but outside of this, the bar will not tune to your room.
