Not true about the second part of your comment. My school is 10th percentile to pass, so like 4 of my close friends have failed the psych shelf with a 79% equating to the 9th percentile, and I got 84th percentile with a 87%. I get how percentiles work, but that is wack. It's the same at my school as well (~5 percentile to fail). The difference with my school is our clerkship grade is 100% dependent on your shelf score, attending/preceptor comments don't count towards our grades at all.
