The amount of people saying the uncle is swindling her is ridiculous. Looks like they've never had to sell a house. Giving a 2.4mil offer on a 2.5mil is common. It's only 4% less than the valued price. Hell even when my parents listed their 450k (valued) house, most of their offers were in the 320-350k ball park.
