The DA is lighter. 3W has WAY more torque , higher compression, and low end grunt than the DA.. The 3w 110 CS will out perform a DA120. 3w 110 classic is on par with the DA 120. The 3W runs a bit smoother.

The 4.2 is a 69cc engine to my knowlege. Here is my take. It was spinning a 26 inch prop to my recolection at low RPM's. I wouldnt use the engine for a 3D / IMAC machine as it will be underpowered even if you put it in a 50cc airframe. In a 50cc airframe expect it to be redic nose heavy.
